The business end of this tool fits Sram GXP, Shimano, Sugino, Phil Wood, Chris King, Miche, Tange, Andel (and many more) 16-notch external bearing bottom bracket cups with a 44mm diameter.

It also works perfectly to install and remove Phil Wood Pro Track and Alter Pista lockrings.

The small end...well...it's useless when it comes to track bikes. Do what we did -  remove the little plastic Hollowtech II adjustment wheely-deal, throw it in the trash and wrap the handle with some leftover bar tape for more grip.
